What we collect
Only what you type into the waiting-list form: your e-mail address, whether you are an owner, an agency or just interested, the number of rooms or units if you give it, and the language of the page you signed up on.
We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. This site sets no cookies for visitors, and its fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
Why
To let you know when you can start using JetBookIn and to help you set it up. We do this because you ticked the box on the form; you can change your mind at any time and we will delete your details.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your details are stored in this website’s database at Hostinger, our hosting provider, and arrive as an e-mail at hello@jetbookin.com. Only TheCreators can see them. We do not sell or share them with anyone.
How long
Until you ask us to delete them, and at the latest 12 months after JetBookIn opens to everyone.
Support requests
When you ask for help on the Support page we keep your name, e-mail address, your website address if you give it, and the messages we exchange, so we can answer you and see the history next time you write. Each request has a private link that only you receive. We keep requests for 24 months after they are resolved, then delete them; you can ask us to delete them sooner.
The demo hotel
Asteri Bay is a demo. Nothing is charged and no e-mails are sent, but what you type into a demo booking is stored on this site like a real booking and may be deleted at any time. Please use made-up details there.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to hello@jetbookin.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
