Plans and prices.

Core is free, for good. Pro adds the tools that bring in more bookings and save you time, on one website or more. What only one country needs, such as tax reporting, comes separately as a country pack.

Which plan is right for me?

I want to try it, or I have one simple property: Core
I have one property and want more direct bookings: Pro
I have two or three properties, each with its own website: Pro · 3 sites
I build websites for clients: Agency

Prices per year, in euro, VAT included. EU businesses with a valid VAT number and buyers outside the EU pay no VAT. Renewing costs 30% less. If you don’t renew, Pro keeps working for 14 days, then your site switches to the free Core and keeps taking bookings.

How licences work.

Core is free and never expires. Pro is one payment a year, with no monthly subscription, and your site never stops taking bookings.

How licences work

Pro and packs: one year: Pro and the country packs run for a year from the day you buy them, with updates and support. Core is free and never expires.
Renewal: Renewing costs 30% less. We send you a reminder by e-mail 30 days and 7 days before your licence expires.
If you don’t renew: Pro and the packs keep working for 14 more days. After that your site switches to the free Core and keeps taking bookings. Nothing is deleted.
Changing website: Deactivate the licence on one website and activate it on the other, as often as you need.
Test copies (staging): Core runs on any copy of your site. Pro counts every website it is active on: test it on the copy, then move the licence to your live site, or choose a plan with more websites.
Payment: By card, through Viva.com. Your licence key arrives by e-mail straight away and is also in your account.

Questions before you buy.

FAQ

Can I start with Core and move to Pro later?

Yes. Pro is the same plugin. Enter your licence key under Settings → License and the Pro features turn on. There is nothing to reinstall and nothing to move.

Do I need the Greece pack for the ΤΑΚΚ?

Not to add it to prices: Pro already adds the ΤΑΚΚ, VAT and the municipal fee to guest prices. You need the Greece pack to send documents to myDATA and for the ΤΑΚΚ and accountant reports.

Do you take a fee per booking?

No. You pay a yearly licence, or nothing with Core. Your payment provider charges its usual card fee, and the money goes straight to your account.

Can I move from Pro to a plan with more websites?

Yes. From your account you pay only the difference, and the licence keeps its expiry date.
