These terms apply when you get a JetBookIn licence on jetbookin.com, free or paid. Please read them before you order; at checkout you confirm that you accept them.

1. Who sells

Nikolaos Bikas (BIKAS NIKOLAOS TOU KONSTANTINOU), sole trader as The Creators Digital Agency, Varka (outside the village), 300 19 Mytikas, Aitoloakarnania, Greece. VAT number (ΑΦΜ) 110786377, tax office (ΔΟΥ) Agrinio, ΓΕΜΗ 180210908000 (“The Creators”, “we”). E-mail: hello@jetbookin.com.

2. What you get

JetBookIn is a WordPress plugin. The software itself is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. What you buy from us is a licence key that, for its term, switches on the paid features of your plan on the number of sites it covers, and gives you downloads, updates and support.

The features of each plan are those listed on the pricing page on the day you order. A site is one WordPress installation with its own address; you can move a licence from one site to another at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include Greek VAT at 24%. A business in another EU country that gives its VAT number at checkout, confirmed by the EU’s VIES service, pays no VAT (reverse charge, Directive 2006/112/EC, art. 196); buyers outside the EU pay no Greek VAT either. For them the checkout shows the price without VAT before you pay. You pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or IRIS on the secure payment page of Viva.com; we never see or store your card details. A receipt or invoice is issued electronically for every paid order.

4. Delivery

Your licence key is delivered straight after payment: it is shown on the order page, sent to your e-mail address and kept in your account at jetbookin.com, where you also download the plugin.

5. Your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. A licence key is digital content supplied at once. At checkout you therefore ask us to deliver it immediately and confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Greek law 2251/1994, art. 3ι). If the key could not be delivered, or the plugin does not work as described, your legal rights for faulty digital content stay in full and we will put it right or refund you.

Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Renewing and expiry

Licences do not renew on their own and we never charge your card without you. Before a licence expires we send you a renewal link by e-mail; renewing gives you another year at the renewal price shown at the time. If you do not renew, Pro features and packs keep working for 14 days after expiry, then your site carries on with the free Core. Your bookings and settings are not deleted.

7. Using the licence

Use a key only on the number of sites it covers and do not share or resell it. We may disable a key that is shared publicly, used on more sites than it covers, or bought with a payment that is reversed. The plugin checks its licence with jetbookin.com once a day; this sends the site’s address, the plugin version and the key, nothing about your guests or bookings.

8. Updates and support

For as long as the licence runs you get new versions and help by e-mail and through the Support page; Agency licences get priority. We support the plugin itself, on the WordPress and PHP versions listed for each release, not third-party themes, plugins or hosting.

9. Liability

We build JetBookIn with care, but you are responsible for your site, your prices and your bookings, for keeping backups, and for the tax and guest-registration rules of your country. As far as the law allows, our liability for any one claim is limited to what you paid us for the licence in the 12 months before it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

10. Your data

How we use the details you give us when you order is explained in our privacy notice.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to an order are the ones you accepted at its checkout.

12. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Greek law; if you are a consumer, the protection of the law of the country where you live still applies. Please write to us first at hello@jetbookin.com: we answer every complaint. Consumers can also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or the consumer body of their country.
